Start-up, shutdown, trouble shooting, emergency handling during DCSoperations.
Operates controls and maintain a steady state operation of process unit and related equipment under control in the most safe and efficientmanner.
HandlingPFD,P&ID,Instrumentlogicdiagrams,MassbalancesheetsandreviewingHAZOPstudy
documents.
Supervising the maintenance of proper working conditions, housekeeping, discipline and safety at workstation.
Continuous monitoring/Maintaining process parameters within permissive limit for assurance of good quality to downstreamplants.
Adjusting equipments, valves, pumps, controls and process equipment.
Monitor day to day water quality data such as CT, UF/RO water,Nitrogen.
Monitor consumption of distributed water ofconsumers.
Job planning & Permit to work compliance.(Permit/ LOTO preparation &issuer)
Lead in weekly safety walk through ofplant.
IMS/EMS audit compliance (SOP updating, plant checklist record, trainingrecord,.
Communication and co-ordination with all service dept to meet quality and deliverytargets.
Manpower planning & proper workdistribution.
Prepare daily chemical consumption report & circulate to higher management.
Review & sign shift wise panel/fieldlogbooks.
Maintaining daily housekeeping (5s compliance) in ourplant.
Maintaining on line status of equipment in ourplants.
Effective use of safety equipment & safetynorms.
Control chemical dosing in each section according processparameters.
Assure ideal membranepreservations.
Ensure no spillage of chemical & check daily cleaning of chemical pit and give safety instructions to operators.
Optimum consumption ofutility.
Recovery of RO & ensure no wastage product/byproduct.
Daily chemical stock report preparation & mail it to the Productionmanager
Sampling & collection of analysis in shift.
Configure Shift report in OM-PRO digital reportsystem.
MSDS and alarm, trip points and interlocks testing procedures and safety, relief valve setpoints.
Any work given by manager & ProductionManager.
Ensure the operations are in accordance with the established procedures andinstructions.

Compiles and records operating data, instrument readings, documents, and results of laboratoryanalyses.
Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports back giving detailed information of any abnormalities anddefects.
