Job Description:
1.Set up the new office in Suzhou.
2.Look for information about suppliers, products, components, get quotations from manufacturers. Maintain supply chain system.
3.Optimize purchase management strategy of the company based on projects design.
4.Liaise directly with manufacturers and management to achieve procurement targets and share resources.
5.Work closely with management team to implement new products: labeling, packaging, drawing design, costing.
6.Develop new suppliers: factory visit, sampling, price negotiation.
7.Responsible for export operation: customs clearance docs.
8.Ensure compliance with local policies.
9.Liaison with landlord, local government and management team.
2015/04 - 2018/02: Oglaend Industries (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Operation Manager/HR & Admin Manager

Job Description:
1.Manage day to day operation of HR & Admin, in charge of recruitment, interview, labour contract sign.
Communication with local government authority department for factory’s legal operation, communication with landlord regarding factory daily matter.
2.Manage daily operation of purchasing department, search suppliers, make inquiries,collect quotations,negotiate with the suppliers and maintain the supply chain system.
3.Support Finance department,review all the payment,make the budget plan on HR, admin,purchase and provide to finance department.
4.Support logistics department: import&export,containers booking, transportation, customs clearance.
5.Support production and warehouse department activities,in charge of machinery, tooling maintenance.
6.Work on new project in China factory together with GM and the Chairman. Accountable for project budget,review all the project drawings, organize all the machinery, tooling, jigs etc.preparation for machinery,tooling installation, commissioning.
7.Work on sister Russian factory project,organize the project, drawings review, make the budget for machinery and tooling, negotiation with all suppliers together with the Chairman.
8.Arrange the shifting activities of China factory and office in 2015.
9.In charge of daily IT activities, in charge of purchasing, production, outsourced, item creation process in ERPsystem.
10.Apply and maintain ISO9001 certification in close cooperation with internal and audit team and GM.
