Coordinates engineering efforts in assigned areas between specialty and other engineering groups or disciplines, with the client, suppliers, and contractors and between other groups. Preparing as built & check/review, approve conceptual studies, designs and detailed project drawings, proposals, design criteria & specifications, project budget and schedules. Assists in on-the-job-training of assigned personnel and mentors them and provides input for their performance evaluations. Assists Construction and Field Engineering to resolve Contractor Technical Queries and resultant field changes. Ensures that technical risk assessments are comprehensive and complete, safety practices and procedures are implemented, and engineering design and corresponding design documentation comply project Quality Assurance plan and procedures. Assists in creation of a work environment that fosters openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation, satisfaction and in planning and implementing a program to develop self-perform engineering capabilities and resources.

Bachelor of Engineering (1989-1993) Regular four years degree course

Diploma in Civil Engineering (1986-1989) regular three years

Civil Engineering Degree with construction & project execution experience in oil and gas field all civil Engineering, Procurement, Construction.. Competencies, Good knowledge of FIDIC. Design Good knowledge and well experienced in all civil billing equipment lifting / manpower control. Good knowledge in negotiations, schedule preparing contracts for construction projects. Good knowledge in QA/QC-IN submission, HSE permits, pipe line laying, excavation, confined space entry permits, Quality standards refinery / industrial projects Computer skills. Good communications skills. Flexible and hard working, Team building capability.
