Dear HR Manager,

I’m Mohamed Ali Khachnaoui my recent position as a ‘’Drilling Supervisor’’ with Maalim Desert Well Drilling Services-Oman for drilling oil wells with CCED-Oman, conducting well cleanouts operations, and replacing ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) with Daleel Petroleum-Oman. Additionally, I have experience in milling operations, casing cutting & fishing (spear tool) from cased hole, and well abandonment (cement plug) with British Petroleum-Oman.

My very previous employer was in Tunisian Drilling Company. Where I was assigned in the capacity of Drilling Supervisor for Drilling & Workover oil wells. I supervised several projects (drilling & workover) with different companies in Tunisia.

I have about 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, my professional skills include a strong understanding of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. I am able to lead and motivate a drilling crew, communicate effectively with drilling crew, clients, and head office, identify and solve problems arise during drilling operations, plan and organize drilling operations including scheduling and logistics and resource allocations, ensure that all drilling operations conducted safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, monitor and maintain the quality of the drilling operations including ensuring that the drilling equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, manage drilling operations within budget constraints, identify and manage risks associated with drilling operations, and make continuous improvements including identifying opportunities to improve drilling techniques, equipment, and processes.
