As Electrical / instrumentation Site manager and main Tasks as follow:
•Ensures the safety and health of all assigned employees by assuring compliance with Technip energies Safety Programs and Policies
•Daily management/Standup meeting with leaders to follow up the Site activities and overcome/remove any site obstacles.
•Review the Construction Site progress and maintain the site strategic plan to mitigate the project Schedule.
•Ensure work is compliant with all applicable quality requirements.
• Participate in weekly schedule reviews prior to the finalization of the upcoming week’s schedule.
•Manage the Pre-commissioning and commissioning E&I activities.
•Prepare the required planned training for the new Stuff.
•Participate in plant startup team and initial plant operation.
•Sharing for preparation of project Budget, Manning and project Schedule
•Assist in Tendering and awarding stages for Subcontractors.
•Hiring the required Special manpower
•Buying consumable materials for each phase of the project
•Responsible for the coordination and control of the E&I Site activities from the construction stage, through to completion and the handover of the project to the client
• Review the project manning against real site work front activities and project schedule and budget.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
•Inspire the leaders to be organized and efficient and to be capable of providing proper communication to their workers.
•Good communication with all Stakeholders to ensure a better flow of progress and fewer conflicts.
•Detailed oriented, close monitoring for the construction process and the work performance/progress on daily basis to address the work obstacles and plan for the corrective actions and prepare for the preventive actions to enhance the production rate.
•Monitor and report to Project Manager for project details, including progress, risks and area of concern in a timely manner.
•Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.
