Experienced in pressure vessel fabrication, piping fabrication & erection, erection of static equipment, packaged skid equipment &
modules, installation & alignment of rotating equipment; compressors, turbines, high energy / low energy pumps. Experienced in
fabrication yards with the construction of modules, topsides/jackets & ship repair. Skilled in multi-discipline coordination with prior
roles as project mechanical specialist, mechanical lead, commissioning lead, commissioning supervisor, system owner & area owner.
Experienced in workforce estimation, work planning, commodity liquidation, progress monitoring & engineering control using
project documentation & international codes & standards. Identifying engineering design changes & raising Technical Queries about engineering design. Review & acceptance of red line, as-built documentation.

I have led & been a team member of mechanical & process teams in the commissioning of central processing facilities. Experienced in MC walk-down of systems for final joint acceptance. Inspection & witnessing of mechanical commissioning B-sheets & testing through to turnover. Experienced with commissioning management & completions systems; GoCompletions, Zenator, PIMS Completion Management system, Bechtel Info-works & Thule completions system. Recording & inputting on master punch, categorization of mechanical punch & punch list clearance & validation. Preparation of documentation & procedures for completion & handover. Discipline review & acceptance of handover dossiers. Client representative for Shell, Exxon-Mobil & BP in over one thousand N2-He Leak Tests including tests over 300 bar. I am fully committed to all HSE practices via the mentoring of teams, supplying detailed feedback to HSE management using stop cards, key performance indicators & auditing of PTWs. Fully conversed in internationally recognized permit-to-work systems e.g., Integrated Safe System of work (ISSoW), Petrotechnics Sentinel PRO & BP’s e-PTW. Managing of SIMOPs, mechanical isolation philosophy & control of work, including writing PTWs, generating & reviewing job hazard analysis & task risk assessments.

Diploma in mechanical engineering. Irish national trade certificate.
