Previous Plant details and Job Profile:
1. As Assistant Manger in Thermal Power Plant Operation in Wartsila India Limited, Dariba, Rajasthan. From April 2010 to till date. 2x320 TPH PF Boiler BHEL make & 2x80 MW Turbine BHEL make Job Responsibility : To plan, organize, co-ordinate, supervise and control the Operational activities at an O&M site. Attain the emergency handling, plant startup and shutdown. To manage the complete Power Plant Operation function correctly and efficiently as per laid down procedures. These functions include upkeep of the boilers, turbines and the facilities available in the plant, To plan, allocate and monitor, Boiler operation, Turbine operation, BOP Operation, co-ordinate with the maintenance management, external services, prepare/present MIS reports, within the guidelinesla policies with the objective of ensuring smooth running of power plant and meeting Customer expectations at site Hindustan Zinc Limited(Vedanta).
2. Ruchi Power & Steel Industries Ltd. (Ruchi Group), Gandhidham (Kutch) Gujrat December 2008 to April 2010 2x90 TPH PF Boiler THERMAX make & 2x30 MW Turbine BHEL make • Worked as Shift In charge in Operation Department.. • Commissioning of 2ND unit of 90 TPH PF Boiler THERMAX make and 30 MW TG BHEL make • Responsible for smooth DCS Operation of Turbines & Boilers. • Responsible for annual shutdown of Boilers and Turbines. • Achieved production target, Trouble shooting and responsible for maintain Parameters during operation.
3. WELSPUN INDIA LTD. Anjar (Kutch), Gujarat May 2005 to November 2008 • Worked as Shift in charge in Boiler operation of (12 TPH*2) AFBC Boiler, (12 TPH *1) Three pass wet back smoke tube. • Also Responsible for Operation of Thirrmic fluid Heaters (12 TPH X4) EXHAUST GAS WATER TUBE Thermic fluid heaters. • Co- operation with Textile process & other units), looking after Operation of pressurised ash plant and auxiliaries of Plant. • Looking after the operation of 43 MW TG BHEL make impulse reaction and extraction cum condensing turbine as an Engineer.
