Professional Experience
I am a highly skilled IBM POWER Systems and storage specialist.
I have recently been employed as an IBM SME at Salam Technology in Qatar for a large project at the New Container Port that has been constructed there.
I was responsible for the design, installation and support of 24 large POWER8 servers and multiple Flash and non-flash IBM storage systems where I single handedly
carried out the role of Architect and Administrator for the entire IBM estate.
I am also the author of an IBM Systems management tool called ConfigZone that is used to document and monitor IBM POWER systems and storage.
Eductation
A-Levels - then went to college but wasn't really suitable as I was not learning enough about IT industry so got a job right away.
