I am responsible for the following job description at the plant, viz;
Responsible for installing, managing, calibration & maintenance of all types of field instruments, including Pressure, Flow transmitters, Level transmitters, Temperature transmitters and several types of gauges etc.
Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Control Valves, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Distributed Control Systems (DCS) by overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of these instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Carried out maintenance on control systems like Emerson Delta V DCS, Siemens PCS 7 DCS, and
Allen-Bradley PLC etc.
Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards and practices.
I worked with Process Engineers to maintain and modify existing control systems during normal operations and during scheduled plant shutdown by providing instrumentation engineering support.
