Professional Experience
• Procurement: with the management of the contractors of the Supplier Register and as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor of Supplier Qualifications in the preparation of the new Vendor Lists and/or project qualifications, and also teacher in Contract Administration for the aspect relating to customer feedback contract managers;
• Inspection & Expediting on supplies, monitoring and management of follow-up activities on the supply chain,
• Cost control: with the worldwide management of the specialized and ongoing services of the UG, Planner cost controller, and Cost Controller HSEQ-GNR, interfacing with the Finance Managers. I prepared monthly reports that came to the attention of the Up-stream Director. Also, I contributed by providing support on Compliance, Procurement Contract and Integrated Risk Management activities, also participating in webinars.
• I gave a significant contribution to the birth and development of the tool to monitoring all the costs.
• In HSE I worked on Golden Rules promoting safety on our construction sites.
• I actively collaborated in the implementation of new procedures for the management of suppliers in the Register (Circ. 323 unsatisfactory technical performance and Circ. 324 illicit conduct, corruption, etc.)
• Inspection: Control carried out on the quality of the materials procured by suppliers. Verifying their compliance with respect to purchase order, technical specification and data sheet. Inspections organization and schedule. Among others project followed Darquin (Iran), Mellitah (Lybia), Zubair (Iraq), Jangkrik (Indonesia).
• Expediting: The activity aimed at eliminating or reducing the time required to supply goods within an acceptable
and contractually foreseen threshold. Vendor daily expediting. Coordination with logistic to ensure all documentation were provided by vendor in due time. Material readiness reporting. Identification of main criticalities and close coordination with project managers and procurement to enforce actions to vendor. Remediation action identification.
• I managed the tanker shipping with my previous employer and subsequently the warehouse in Italy on behalf of Esso Italia Srl.
