Professional Experience
With over 23 years of experience in construction and QA/QC functions, I currently serve as the Regional Project Quality Manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited, overseeing projects across North Africa and Guinea for the Africa Business Unit, My professional involvement spans various construction projects, encompassing residential buildings, apartments, substation works (400kV, 225kV, 132 kV, 33 kV & 11 kV), 380 kV transmission lines, oil and gas projects, bridges, flyovers, and roadworks. Presently, I am responsible for overseeing 8 substation projects under "Contract No. CT-EPC/008/SH/EPM-X/EP/18" for 400 kV D/C line Skhira - Kondar (197 Km), 225 kV LILO (400 kV technique) Bouficha - Sousse (6.5Km) and 225kV D/C line Skhira-Thyna (85Km), Tunisia, in collaboration with Tunisian Company of Electricity and Gas (STEG).
My expertise lies in project management, with diverse experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling quality management systems in the oil & gas and power sectors. I have worked with various clients, including India PWD/CPWD/DSIDC/DTDC and international entities such as SONATRACH, ADWEA, AADC, TRANSCO, Saudi Electricity Company, Saudi Aramco & STEG.
Managing construction operations across multiple disciplines, including E&I and communications, is within my purview. I employ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address issues and find effective resolutions.
Additionally, I am well-versed in ISO-9001-2015 (QMS) standards, Saudi Aramco Schedule "Q" requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAEP, SAMMS, SAIC, SATIP, SATR), as well as Saudi Electricity Company standards.
