Dr Anwar Gargash Receives Kazakh Minister, Chinese Envoy

Dr Anwar Mohammed Gargash, State Minister for Foreign Affairs received in his office at the Ministry Kazakhstan's Minister of Tourism and Sports Talgat Ermegiyaev and the delegation accompanying him. The two sides discussed the bilateral relations in all fields.

Gargash commended the resolutions of the UAE-Kazakh joint committee, which concluded its fifth meeting today. It discussed the bilateral relations, especially in the areas of economy, investment and energy. For his part, the Kazakh minister lauded the distinguished ties between the two countries.

Gargash also received Chinese Ambassador to UAE Gao Yusheng. The two sides discussed the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries. The UAE minister hailed the cooperation ties between the UAE and China, stressing that the UAE is looking forward to bolster the relations in the best interest of the two countries, especially in the area of economy and investment.

He referred to the fourth forum on the UAE-Sino civilsations' dialogue, which will be held in Abu Dhabi next month, adding that the forum will further the cooperation ties and bring views closer on the international issues. Gargash said the forum will be followed by the fourth session of the Arab-Sino Businesspersons in January in Sharjah.

The Chinese envoy and Gargash exchanged views about the expected visit of the Chinese President to the UAE. Yusheng commended the wise policies adopted by the UAE to tackle the latest events in the region.
