The president of Portugal, Anibal Antonio Cavaco Silva received the credentials of HE Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Portugal HE Adel Ali Al Khal Fakhroo during a meeting held here. At the outset of the meeting, HE Adel Ali Al Khal Fakhroo conveyed greetings of HH the Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani to the Portuguese President and Their Highnesses best wishes for more progress and prosperity to the Portuguese people.
In turn president of Portugal, Anibal Antonio Cavaco Silva assigned HE the Qatari Diplomat to convey his felicitations to HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent and his best wishes for more welfare and growth to the Qatari people. It is worth to mention that Director of the Protocol Department at the Portuguese Foreign Ministry Jose Bouza Serrano on Monday received a copy of credentials of Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Portugal HE Adel Ali Al Khal Fakhroo.
