Government to Discuss Implementing Development Projects

Prime Minister Kamal el-Ganzouri said that a number of LE 11-billion development and service projects will be carried out through partnership between the public and private sectors.

These projects aim to ease burdens on the State’s budget and secure good management of the projects through separation between management and ownership, he noted.

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Fayza Abul-Naga said that the meeting discussed activating law no. 67 of 2010, which authorizes the participation of the Egyptian and foreign private sectors in establishing infrastructure projects.
