Prime Minister Kamal al-Ganzouri on 29/2/2012 witnessed signing of labor operations program contracts between Social Fund for Development (SFD) and 12 governorates to implement infrastructure projects financed by LE37 million German grant from the German Reconstruction Bank and LE3.7 million as domestic contributions. Secretary General of SFD Ghada Dos pointed out these projects have to use as big as possible of Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Sohag, Assuit, Beni Suef, Fayoum, Shargiya, Menoufiya, Gharbiya, Behairya and Dagahily a goverorates.
