Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance received at Dubai Ruler's court, Gocha Buchidze, Consul General of Russia in Dubai who paid a courtesy call at the beginning of his tenure in the state. Sheikh Hamdan welcomed him and wished good luck on assuming his duties in the state. Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani, Director-General of Dubai Ruler's Court and a number of officials attended the meeting.
