His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, has received a message to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan from his Sudanese counterpart Omar Al Bashir.
The note was delivered to Sheikh Mohammed by visiting Adviser to Sudanese President Mustafa Osman Ismail during an audience at Al Bahr Palace in the attendance of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in the Western Region. Ismail conveyed the best wishes of the Sudanese president to Sheikh Khalifa and further progress and prosperity to UAE people. The meeting reviewed ways of boosting bilateral ties and an array of topics of mutual interest to the two countries and their peoples. HH Lt.General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, HH Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and a number of Sheikhs and senior officials.
