His Majesty King Abdullah II left for Brussels in an official visit during which he will meet senior European and Belgian officials before heading to the city of Strasbourg. His Majesty will deliver a speech before the European Parliament in Strasbourg on means of achieving peace in the Middle East, European- Jordanian relations and the reform efforts in the kingdom led by His Majesty. The King will also hold talks with the European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, European Council President Herman Van Rompuy and Belgian Prime Minister Di Rupo to discuss Jordanian-European relations and means of further enhancing them as well as the latest Arab and regional developments. His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein was sworn in as regent before cabinet members.
