MoU with Turkey to Enhance Egypt’s Economy

Transport Minister Galal Mostafa Saeed said his visit to Turkey aimed at signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to operate new navigation lines between the two countries' ports. In a statement issued by the Transport Ministry on 22/4/2012, Saeed said the MoU will contribute to the Egyptian economy by benefiting from the country's geographical location, enabling it Egypt to become an international logistic center. The MoU will also call for exchanging expertise and information, carrying out human resources training programs and encouraging Turkish investments, he added.
