HE Qatar's Ambassador to Canada Salem Mubarak Al Shafi conferred here with Prime Minister of the Province of Quebec Jean Charest. Charest hailed during the meeting the important role played by the great State of Qatar in promoting security, peace and stability in the region and the world. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in various domains. HE the Ambassador also met each of President of the National Assembly of the Province of Quebec Jacques Chagnon, and Minister of Economic Development, Innovation and Exports Sam Hamad, and Assistant Minister for International Cooperation Mark Kroto. During the meetings, they discuss prospects for bilateral cooperation.
