Bilateral Relations between Egypt and Arab Countries

Joint committees between Egypt and a number of Arab countries, especially Libya, Jordan, Iraq and Sudan continue discussing ways of boosting cooperation in the energy sectors, training labour and supporting electrical networks.

Minister of Electricity and Energy Hassan Younis affirmed that the committee which was agreed to set up between Egypt, Libya and Jordan will start work to open the way for increasing trade between Arab eight counties. A report will be drafted and presented to the concerned ministers, Younis said, pointing out the commitment of the electricity sector to enhance cooperation with all Arab countries.
