Net foreign investment on Dubai Financial Market (DFM) over the last week reached AED 32.2 million during, as aggregate buy. A DFM press release said the value of shares bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (1 - 5 July 2012) stood at AED 347.6 mn comprising 49.9% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached AED 315.3 mn comprising 45.3% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached AED 172.3 mn comprising 24.7% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED 61.3 mn which constitutes 8.8% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market were valued at AED 111 mn during the period, as aggregate sell.
