An Integrated Plan to Support Foreign, Arab Investments

Chairman of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) Osama Saleh announced an integrated plan to support and encourage foreign and Arab investments, especially after the success of the presidential elections in Egypt and restoration of political stability.

Saleh said that the plan includes several aspects, topped by providing appropriate support for the domestic and foreign investors, offering integrated investment opportunities that take into account interests of both investor and the State while focusing on certain projects and countries.

GAFI chairman pointed out that the aim of the authority's plan during the next phase is to encourage investments, with the purpose of injecting investments in various governorates through investors' associations and offices in all Egypt's governorates.

On the other hand, the two French companies L;oreal of cosmetics and Emers of industrial metals decided to pump 45 million euro in Egypt through the establishment of two plants in the Tenth of Ramadan city.
