Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has received a letter from President of Djibouti Ismail Omar Guelleh. The letter which deals with bilateral relations between the UAE and Djibouti and ways to enhance them in all spheres was delivered by Djibouti's Minister of Economy and Finance, Elias Dawaleh Mousa. In attendance at the meeting at Zabeel Palace was Ambassador of Djibouti Othman Mousa Darar Charou'.
