Egypt to Establish Two Farms in Sudan

Agriculture Minister Salah Abdel-Mo'men agreed to implement the second phase of an agreement signed with Sudan, under which a farm of wheat will be cultivated in Sudan's Northern State. The agreement was made during the minister's meeting with a delegation from the Northern State on 26/8/2012. A working team will be traveling within 15 days to the Northern State to tackle the establishment of the wheat farm, said Agriculture Ministry official Mahmoud Moselhi. Another animal production farm, to be built on a 250-feddan area, will also be set up in Sudan, Moselhi said.
