Prime minister Dr Hisham Kandel received in his office Mr. Robert Hormates under secretary of U.S state department for economic development, energy, environmental affairs, this meeting was attended by minister of finance and the U.S ambassador in Egypt. The meeting tackled the negotiations with the American side to discuss American assistance to Egypt to support the general budget and provide needs for Sinai development, in addition to Egyptian – American debt swap.
