Investment Minister Osama Saleh said that his ministry is working for combating bureaucracy to improve the investment climate in Egypt. The ministry is currently working for facilitating procedures of obtaining approvals and licenses by investors, Saleh said in an interview with CNN. New laws will be enacted that include incentives to encourage investors, Saleh said. He noted that the investment ministry will introduce new measures to fight corruption, set new regulations and promote transparency in all sectors of the ministry.
