The Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has announced that financial markets in the UAE will be closed on Sunday and Monday, December 2 and 3 respectively to mark the 41st UAE National Day. Market will resume trading on Tuesday morning December 4, 2012. The move is in line with Circular No. (38) of 2012, issued by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, regarding the holidays for ministries and federal government departments and follows consultations with the administrations of the local markets. The SCA administration also seize the opportunity to congratulate UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Their Highnesses Supreme Council Members and Rulers of the Emirates.
