DP World has welcomed U.S. Undersecretary of Commerce for International Trade, Francisco Sanchez, to its Dubai headquarters and flagship Jebel Ali port. Mr. Sanchez met with the DP World Chairman, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, and Vice Chairman, Jamal Majid bin Thaniah and was given a background on DP World projects under construction worldwide, including the Embraport project in Santos, Brazil, and the giant London Gateway development in the UK. They were joined at the meeting by John Simmons, US Counselor for Commercial Affairs. DP World Chairman said: "We were delighted to host this visit and look forward to building on the relationship further. A wide range of topics were discussed and there was a fruitful exchange of ideas."
