Reem Al Hashemi Discusses Strategic Partnership with Dubai

Reem Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State and Chairperson of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has discussed ways to boost the existing strategic partnership between National Bureau of Statistics and Dubai Statistics Centre (DSC) aiming at achieving statistical integration in all fields.

During her visit to Dubai Statistics Center, Al Hashemi met with DSC Executive Director Arif Obaid Al Muhairi and other senior officials and was briefed on system of statistical indices meant to provide direct statistical support for leaders and decision-makers.

She also reviewed the information and various statistical Indices available in the system which highlight demographic information and statistics of foreign trade and road transport statistics. Sheikha Lubna praised the achievements of Dubai Statistics Center declaring that the electronic statistical systems established by the center are pioneering in nature.
