Undersecretary for Regional and GCC Affairs at Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hamad Ahmed Abdul-Aziz Al-Amer met here with HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Sheikh Abdullah bin Thamer bin Mohammed Al Thani. During the meeting, they discussed the implementation and follow-up of what has been agreed upon during the recent visit of Bahrain's Foreign Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa's to Doha regarding the facilitation of trade and investment cooperation between businessmen in the two countries.
The two sides agreed to form a working group composed of members from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Ministries of Interior and Chambers of Commerce and Industry, as well as to make the necessary arrangements to hold a working group meeting in the near future in order to promote trade between the two countries for the achievement of common bilateral interests. |
