Snap Plans to Finalize Upgrading Cairo Airport

Minister of Civil Aviation Abdel-Aziz Fadel said an emergency plan was laid down to finalize development works at Cairo International Airport and other Egyptian airports and companies affiliated to the ministry within the framework of boosting aviation industry in Egypt.

Addressing a press conference on 25/8/2013 Fadel said long and medium-term plans were drawn up to finalize the ministry's projects under a timetable.

Fadel said all Egyptians should work to help this nation overcome the current obstacles, noting that the aviation industry – like other industries – was affected by the incidents in Egypt .
