Industrial Map in Egypt to be Unveiled Next Week

Minister of Trade and Industry Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour said the industrial map is to be unveiled in the next week for helping investors seeking to do business in Egypt.

"The ministry is seeking to map a comprehensive industrial policy for luring local and foreign investors to operate in the industrial sector for creating more jobs," Abdel Nour said.

The Minister noted that the map has been crafted by the General Authority for Industrial Development (GAID). Abdel Nour hailed efforts being exerted by the GAID, saying it has a great experience in developing the industrial sector.

The Minister's statements came during his visit to the GAID during which he probed the plans and programs currently pursued by the authority to serve the industrial business society.
