Communication and Information Technology Minister Atef Helmy announced conditions of the new unified telecom license, which will allow return of Telecom Egypt to operate in the mobile phone service field. He added that the company will pay the value of license reaching EGP 8.1 billion.
The Minister pointed out that the first phase of the license allows the start of service for the fourth network within three months. |
