The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes rose collectively at the close of 30/6/2014 trading backed by purchases of Arab and foreign investment funds and institutions.
The market capital gained about 4.17 billion pounds to reach 477.64 billion pounds, amid transactions that hit about 1.8 billion pounds. The EGX 30 benchmark index went up by 1.13 percent to 8,162.2 points. The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises was up by 0.98 percent to hit 591.14 points. The all-embracing EGX 100 index rose as well by 0.82 percent to close at 1,034.26 points. |
