President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received congratulatory cables on the occasion of the 43rd National Day from presidents and kings of sisterly and friendly countries.
His Highness Sheikh Khalifa was greeted by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco, and President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine. His Highness also received similar cables from the Presidents of China, South Korea, Pakistan, Germany, Russia, India, Tajikistan, Indonesia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Czech Republic, Ethiopia, and Ireland, the King of Bhutan, and the Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the occasion, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, also received congratulatory cables from a number of leaders. |
