US Secretary of State John Kerry said that some major US companies attended Egypt Economic Development Conference in Sharm el Sheikh.
He said the American people are committed to Egypt’s economic security. “We will work on achieving Egypt’s aspiration as Egypt has the greatest potentials among others in the region for attracting investments,” said Kerry. He said we all have interest in Egypt’s success, adding that the entire world should know how the Egyptian people have managed to change their reality in 2011. He said “Egypt needs sustainable development, and we are fully aware of the challenges besetting the country.” He stressed that the recent legal amendments taken by President Abdul Fattah el Sisi to back the economy and lure investments are praiseworthy. |
