Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) Mohamed Omran lauded on Thursday the role played by the EGX administration to list new companies on the stock market.
"This comes as part of EGX's effective contribution to boosting the Egyptian economy," Omran said at a press conference to mark the start of Edita Food Industries' speculation on the bourse. Omran added that the 2-billion-pound capital which Edita Food Industries paid to be listed on the Egyptian Exchange is the biggest since 2007. |
