A delegation grouping 50 businessmen from mega Azerbaijani companies will pay a visit to Egypt within the upcoming few months to explore available investment opportunities in Egypt and carry out new projects in cooperation with the Egyptian private sector, said Trade and Industry Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour.
Abdel Nour's remark came during a session of talks held on 6/4/2015 with Azerbaijani Ambassador to Egypt Shahin Abdullayev. The two sides underlined the importance of boosting trade and economic ties along with exploring available investment opportunities in Egypt and Azerbaijan. Abdel Nour, meanwhile, said that the talks took up bilateral ties and the importance of giving more facilities to support bilateral trade ties. Azerbaijan is keen on supporting economic cooperation with Egypt within the upcoming phase, the ambassador said, adding that there are various opportunities for joint cooperation. There are a number of Azerbaijani companies which have voiced keenness on getting acquainted with the available investment opportunities in Egypt, the ambassador added. |
