Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab chaired a meeting on 25/5/2015 to follow up the implementation of the national project for roads.
The meeting was attended by the housing and transport ministers, head of the Central Agency for Reconstruction, chief of the General Authority for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport along with officials of the Armed Forces Engineering Agency. The housing minister reviewed the ministry's plan that includes three projects of strategic roads at a total cost of 3.545 billion pounds. Meanwhile, the transport minister reviewed his ministry's plan that aims to build 13 roads through 31 projects at a cost of some 17 billion pounds. Mahlab asserted the importance of resuming all road projects and finalize them as scheduled. |
