As many as 80 out of 127 buoys were fixed in the new Suez Canal Project area, as there are 16 days till the project is launched, said Deputy Director of Suez Canal Dredging Project Ahmad Farid on 20/7/2015.
Nearly 97.73 per cent of dredging works have been finalized in the New Suez Canal project. Earlier, chairman of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) Mohab Mamish said the dredging of the New Suez Canal will finish on Friday July 24. The New Suez Canal Project is due to be inaugurated on August 6. |
