PM Sherif Ismail held a series of meetings with the ministers of international cooperation, electricity, transport, to review a number of files important work in general, and developmental projects and service being implemented in particular, which aimed at improving the level of services provided to citizens in all sectors.
The PM held meetings with Dr. Mohamed Shaker, the minister of electricity and renewable energy, as the prime minister said there is a need to work for rationalizing the consumption of electricity and fuel, as an urgent need to alleviate the burdens of import pressure on foreign exchange, and for the benefit of citizens. In this regard the Minister of Electricity presented a comprehensive report on the rationalization and improvement of energy efficiency and renewable energy, during which he confirmed that the electricity sector, energy and pay special attention to providing electricity for all citizens and to improve the level of service for the advancement of the standard of living and welfare of the citizen is providing power for about 31 million subscribers representing different sectors of consumption, at appropriate times according to the standards of the technical and economic global, pointing out that the actions taken by the Department of rationalization and the holding company for the rationalization of the electricity consumption, including the distribution of led bulbs capabilities 4,6,9 (W) to consumers in the various governorates in the country. The minister of electricity said that the total distributed from led bulbs until 28/5/2016, has reached 8 million light bulb lid, of the total 12 million light bulb lid supplied, and completing the supply of the rest of the bulbs until it reaches the number to 13 million bulbs with different capabilities for distribution to the electricity distribution companies, the scope of the republic, explaining that while the completion of distributed will have a significant impact on the provision of energy consumption in accordance with what is planned. PM Sherif Ismail met with Dr. Sahar Nasr, the minister of international cooperation to discuss the ongoing preparations for the prime minister visit to Hungary from 31/5 - 2/6/2016 which includes five ministers and a delegation of senior businessmen representing 67 Hungarian company. She presented a report on all agreements and memoranda of understanding proposed to be signed during the visit of about 15 between agreements and memoranda of understanding governmental commercial contracts between major private sector companies in the two countries in the fields of railways, civil aviation, radio and television, in addition to the commercial contracts between a number of major Egyptian companies Hungarian companies. The PM also met with Dr. Galal Saeed, the minister of transportation, during the meeting, there was a review of the situation on the development of the railways and the subway, where the minister of transportation and the Program for the consolidation of the fleet of railways new vehicles. The meeting also dealt with the timetable for the implementation of the rest of the sectors of the third line of the underground in the third and fourth stages, as it is expected to be signed with those behind deadly companies for the fourth phase in a few days, the minister referred to those behind deadly companies are of major Egyptian companies in the contracting and construction sector, where they will be the start of the operational work. The prime minister demanded that during the meeting, introduced a detailed report on the collection rates in the three metro lines, with proposals to ensure ways full attainment in order to preserve the state funds. |
