 Minister of Trade and Industry Tareq Qabil and Minister of Investment Dalia Khorshid have reviewed with chairmen and representatives of about 20 Chinese companies the most important investment opportunities in Egypt.
The meeting, that took place at the headquarters of the Egyptian Embassy in Beijing, comes as part of the two ministers' visit to Beijing. During their visit, the two ministers chaired meetings of the Egyptian-Chinese joint ministerial committee and held meetings with members of the Chinese business council as well as a number of representatives of the Chinese largest companies, whether seeking to invest or currently investing in Egypt. Reviewing the Egyptian government's vision on investment-attractive atmosphere, Qabil and Khorsid discussed with the Chinese companies' representatives the opportunities of luring more Chinese investments into Egypt. |
