Total number of property loans given by Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB) in July amounted to 505, value of which estimated at KD 14.4 million, the KCB said in a statement.
Overall loans from the KCB portfolio (for maintenance and expansion projects) amounted to 10 ones, valued at approximately KD 98,000. Loans for construction of private units reached 16, valued at KD 1.04 million, while those for building government units reached 82, valued at KD 5. 6million. Those for house purchasing reached 38 (KD 2.7 million), private housing expansion projects, six (KD 110,000), for expanding government houses, 122 (KD 2.9 million), one for concrete housing and 240 (KD two million) for citizens of special needs' houses. As to the portfolio loans in July, the bank said in the statement that the expansion and renovation loans reached seven, valued at KD 70,000. |
