 Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met ministers of electricity and investment to discuss incentives for investment in the field of new and renewable energy.
Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker posted Ismail on plans for renewable energy to reach 20 percent of the total volume of produced energy in Egypt by 2022 and 30 percent by 2030. Ismail said the government is keen on attracting more investments in new and renewable energy with the aim of achieving sustainable development goals in the different sectors. |
