Qatar and Belarus have inked a set of memos of understanding (MoUs) in financial, health, educational and developmental realms, aiming at promoting bilateral cooperation.
The deals were signed during talks held today between Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and visiting President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Qatar's official news agency (QNA) reported. During the talks, they discussed cooperative relations between Qatar and Belarus and ways of developing and bolstering them in all fields, mainly in economy and investment, it added. Both leaders also considered a host of regional and international issues that concern both countries, chiefly the latest developments in the Middle East region, it noted. |
