The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry celebrated the launch its new economic magazine Business Voice in its electronic and printed forms.
His Excellency Mohammed Thani Murshid Al-Rumaithi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and His Excellency Ibrahim Al-Mahmoud, 1st Deputy Chairman of the Chamber, attended the launch ceremony along a number of the Chamber’s Board Members, His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Chamber, and a number of media representatives in the UAE. At the beginning of the ceremony, H.E. Mohamed Helal Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, said, “We gather here to add another successful step towards the development process of this prestigious establishment by launching the Chamber’s magazine in its new shape. We performed a surgical change in the name, style and content of the magazine, which falls within the frame of our strategy 2016 – 2020. Through this strategy, we look forward to spend more efforts to increase our communications channels with our members and to contribute to promoting for the projects and role of the private sector in the sustainable development process in Abu Dhabi. The new magazine, in its electronic and printed forms, will be the most effective means to showcase the role of the Chamber and the projects and initiatives of the government of Abu Dhabi to achieve the highest levels of prosperity and progress in all sectors in the entire UAE.” Al-Muhairi pointed out that starting from the Chamber’s vision, which takes from innovation and creativity as its approach, Business Voice Magazine came as a new form to the Economy Magazine to shed light on a number of strategies, initiatives and development projects that made out of Abu Dhabi an outstanding destination for businesses and investments. “The new magazine will be a podium to communicate the messages and invitations of the Chamber to companies, businessmen and investors in the region and the world. Our messages are that our business environment is competitive and excellent and that Abu Dhabi welcomes investments and projects and would like to extend cooperation bridges with the world.” The first issue of the new magazine focuses on the efforts of Abu Dhabi to diversify the local economy and the roles, which local, regional and international companies can play in supporting this approach. |
