The Undersecretary of Ministry of Trade and Industry Khaled Al-Shemali, 47yrs, died late last night after a heart attack in Washington DC. Al-Shemali

was an official trip accompanied by Acting Minister of State for Youth Affairs Khaled Al-Roudhan, who is heading a Kuwaiti delegation for meetings with high-ranking officials from the International Bank.
