The Cabinet approved a bill modifying some articles of the capital market law.
The modifications include annulling Sukuk law.
They come as part of developing the laws regulating the capital market to match with the international standards, in addition to offering new financial instruments in the Egyptian capital market. The amendments aim at boosting the capital market and investor protection, along with organizing the contracts of merging and acquisitions to ensure more effective regulations. |
