 Investment Minister Sahar Nasr discussed with Swiss Ambassador in Cairo Markus Leitner ways of fostering bilateral cooperation and strengthening social and economic development.
Nasr and Leitner have touched on the new Swiss cooperation strategy to pump 86 million Swiss francs on the Egyptian market during the period from 2017 to 2020. Egypt is going ahead with adopting social protection measures for all citizens in parallel with the economic reform program to improve Egyptians’ standards of living, Nasr asserted. The investment minister stressed the importance of the Swiss strategy on achieving comprehensive economic development, cutting down unemployment rates, curbing illegal migration and empowering women and young people. |
